To train your lower abs properly push your bellybutton to your spine and keep your core tensed all the way through the exercise who you lie on your back.
Our song number 3 stands for your legs but includes your core as well as your shoulder and arms. You learn some side squats and we focus on a proper position for your back. Keep your shoulders down and push your chest out. Your ellbows should always be to the side. In those lunges make sure your knee stands behind your toes and lean back so your back is nice and straight.
